Dining in a restaurant can reveal more than expected, as in the The Art of Dining, a full scale production which features cuisine and psychology. The play, directed by Professor Cathy Hurst, takes place inside a restaurant called The Golden Carrousel in New Jersey. Owners Cal and Ellen risk their life savings and their marriage to create a quality experience for their guests. When the restaurant is filled with hungry people, the guests reveal that they are craving more than food to satisfy their appetites and desires.
