Saint Michael's College student Caitlin Dugan, daughter of Donna and William Dugan of Manchester, is studying abroad in Madrid, Spain at BU Instituto Internacional for the spring 2013 semester. Dugan, a Junior Psychology major graduated from Bishop Guertin High School before coming to Saint Michael's, a USNews top-100 national liberal arts college. Saint Michael's, a Phi Beta Kappa institution, is located in Burlington, Vermont, one of the 10 best college towns in the country.
